Chargers went 2-1 at Miramar's Jet Classic

Kendall had 33 saves over 4 games.
The Women's Water Polo team traveled to Miramar College in San Diego for the weekend to participate in the Jet Classic. In the first game, the Chargers beat Grossmont 8-6 behind Monique Dorado's 2 goals and Jennifer Preciado's hat trick. In the second game, the Chargers defeat Mt SAC 10-6, behind Preciado's hat trick once again. The next day, the Chargers started with OMBAC, a club team. OMBAC defeat the Chargers 16-6, in a game which goalies Kelsey Kendall and Brittany Noss combined for 9 saves.  In the last game of the tournament, the Chargers faced Chaffey and played close trailing only 3-2 at the half. Chaffey started the second hald with two quick goals and the Chargers played catch-up from that point, falling to the Panthers 9-6. Kendall had 15 saves in the losing effort.

For the tournament Kendall collected 33 saves. On offense Dorado had 6 goals while teammate Preciado had 8 goals. The Chargers are currently 7-7 overall and 2-1 in conference play. The Chargers travel to Riverside on Oct 3 for a conference matchup.
